She said that it was only this past week that she received a sound verbal trashing from Payne’s wife who Payne brought with him to argue with the Wynters.“This is a residential area. I don’t see why we have to be in this discomfort,” Mrs Wynter said. She said the man told her husband if he [Wynter] thinks that the area was “[expletive] Prashad Nagar” for them to want it in a tidy and clean manner.The Wynters are calling on the regional officials and health authority to investigate this matter before respiratory problems arise.Efforts all day Saturday by this newspaper to contact Payne proved futile.(Leon Suseran)
